customer, Congratulations on your purchase of your KULT quality product. The following instructions will show you the way to install new parts. They are important. Please take some time to understand each step, and ensure proper assembly and use. |

| DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION | |
 |
STEP1 Loosen the alloy and nut end the stop nut on both sides of hub with 2.5mm allen wrench |
 |
STEP 2 Hold right side of axle, lock stop nut with 2.5mm allen wrench, turning counter clock wise loosen the Alloy End Cap. |
 |
STEP 3 Remove the alloy end nut and the stop nut. |
 |
STEP 4 Remove 1.Seal 2. Cassette Body 3. Water Resistant Seal 4.Spacer from Hub |
 |
STEP 5 Use a slight open vice, with a rag in between for protection rest the flange of the hub on the remaining bearing side. |
 |
STEP 6 Using a mallet tap the right side of axle and expel the left sealed bearing from the hub shell. |
 |
STEP 7 Separate the sealed bearing from the axle. |
 |
STEP 8 Thread back the left side of axle into the left side of hub shell. |
 |
STEP 9 Using a mallet tap the right side of axle and expel the right sealed bearing from the hub shell. then, as in STEP 7, separate the sealed bearing from the axle. |
| ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION | |

STEP1 Thread back sealed bearing on the left side of axle. |
|
STEP 2 Thread back sealed bearing with axle back into right side of hub shell (The side of cassette body) |
|
STEP 3 Engage the bearing straight into the hub shell and push it down with a ratchet socket wrench. A Dowel, that has an outside diameter to the outer ring bearing, can replace the tool. |
|
STEP 4 Using a mallet and a ratchet socket wrench tap the scaled bearing into place. |
|
STEP 5 When the sealed bearing is in place it should be plush, with the hub shell. |
|
STEP 6 Thread back axle (right side of axle insert through left side of hub shell). |
|
STEP 7 Push the sealed bearing down into the left side of the hub shell, then as in STEP 4 , 5 tap the sealed bearing into place. |
|
STEP 8 Both sealed bearings should be flush with the hub shell and spinning freely. ? If they do not spin freely, make sure that both bearing are flush with hub shell. |
|
STEP 9 Put a dab of grease on both threads of the axle. |
|
STEP 10 Put a dab of grease on pawls and inside of cassette body (About 1 cc). |
|
STEP 11 Thread back the spacer on the axle. |
|
STEP12 Put water resistant seal back on the bowl of hub shell. ?Note that the bowl of water resistant seal is up. |
|
STEP 13 Thread back cassette body on the axle to the hub shell. ?Note that the water resistant seal must be compacted. |
|
STEP 14 Hold the left side of axle, and clockwise tighten the stop nut inward |
|
STEP 15 Hole the right side of axle, and clockwise tighten the alloy end cap inward. |

STEP 16 Clock Wise tighten Stop Nut and Alloy and Alloy End Cap with 2.5mm Allen Wrench |

STEP 17 Clockwise tighten the screw of stop nut and alloy end cap with 2.5mm allen wrench. |
|
STEP 18 Thread back the seal on the axle. Using paper clip clockwise push the inside of seal in the bowl of stop nut. |
