We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, upon receipt, simply return the item with proof of purchase and we'll replace it or give you a refund or credit your account for the item.

ALWAYS THE LOWEST PRICE
If any catalogue item is sold for less in any current national catalogue or publication, we will sell that item for 5 cents under their in-stock price. Identify item and publication AT THE TIME OF ORDERING. (Not included are competitors' close-outs, discontinued merchandise or the Outlet Stores.)

15 DAY PRICE PROTECTION
If we lower the price on any item (except for internet closeouts and automatic markdowns) within fifteen days from purchase, we will gladly refund the difference upon request.

SHIPPING
We try and send all parcels using small package rate as offered by both the US and Canadian postal services. This is shipping by air for very reasonable rates. Service has proved to be very reliable and fast. In order to be eligible for small package rate parcel needs to be less than 900mm when height width and depth are calculated. Except wheels and frames, every one of our items can be shipped this way.  The only other factor to keep in mind is weight. Each of our products has been classified as either a small (under 500 grams), medium (under 1000 grams) or large item. Small items will be shipped for $5. Medium items for $10 and large items for $50. All fees are USD

OVERNIGHT AND 2-DAY AIR ORDERS
Under normal circumstances we will ship all items via mail or UPS ground. We will ship overnight or 2 day Air but price is very high. If you want to do overnight you will need to contact us by e-mail at Info@Kultbike.com The price charged will be exactly what we are charged. All Internet Orders must be received by 4 pm EST, Mon-Fri to be shipped same day. All overnight orders placed on Fridays will arrive on Monday if you wish to have Saturday delivery; there is an additional $10.00 charge. All 2nd Day orders placed on Thursdays will arrive on Monday, and all 2nd Day orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Tuesday. Alaska and Hawaii are 2-day delivery only. All military and Canadian shipments must be shipped by 1st Class Mail.

CANADIAN ORDERS
GST: You will be billed 7% GST. OUR PRICES ARE LISTED IN U.S. DOLLARS. All returns should be shipped via Postal System to the Vancouver British Columbia Address]

Kult Bike will refund actual shipping costs from UPS label or postage on damaged merchandise or mistakes made by us. Merchandise returned with excessive use, may be subject to a restocking fee and credit slip refund. (Labour fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.) Returns over $250 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. Return authorization number can be obtained by writing to info@KultBike.com or by calling: 1-604-224-2428.

LIMIT ON QUANTITIES
We reserve the right to limit quantities so that as many customers as possible can enjoy our prices.

CLOSEOUTS / BACKORDERS
Occasionally some items are unavailable and may be backordered (requiring a separate shipment). If this should occur, we won't bill your credit card until time of shipment, there is, no additional shipping charges. All backorders are shipped by Ground Shipping or First Class Mail only.
